Adaptive Reuse & Renovation

KMW is best known for new buildings but has completed adaptive reuse and renovation projects, often in conjunction with new structures. These range from small renovations at St. Paul’s School to the Hynes Convention Center which incorporated the structure on the original Hynes Auditorium and was constructed over the Mass Pike without closure.
